Hurry hurry! Study study!
QUICK! I forgotten which part of the stomach was this taken from.
I think it is the pyloric part. Or is it the fundus? gah! can't remember!
I seriously hate histology. I HATE! They all look the same! From Brunner's glands to crypts of Lieberkhuns and to Peyer's patches, they all look frickin pink to me.
And these are not even a quarter of the slides i have to study.
We are given 2 minutes for each slide during OSPE exam to identify it and answer a subquestion. If you can't identify it, means you can't answer the subsequent questions. So you just sit there and stone till your 2 minutes is up. Its like KNOW or DIE. Damn stressful ok!
Theory exams are on this Thursday and Practical exams are on Friday.
Wish. Me. Luck!

Give me 2 hours, and i can make you healthy ;)
This will be my new motto for the year (now don't think naughty. tho it does seem to point to the unclean direction). But rather, think of it as me filling those 2 hours with jokes and laughter and smiles, that will instantly make you more happy, and consequently, more healthier!
I want to be the person who can spread happiness to whomever, whenever, wherever!
----------
Since im in such a cheery mood, i want to write about the other Penang trip i had with the more english speaking people of my class (sorry to say this, but my class is dominated by mandarin speaking chinese, and tamil speaking indians. so its nice to get away from it all, and just speak the one most important language of them all, ENGLISH. No offence to anyone of course.)
Say hello to Alex, Narresh, and Merlinda!
And don't forget Wei Leng too! Mah english hommies!
Only Shan Tan is missing. Gurl. You should come out more! Don't hide behind your books everyday! Its not healthy!!!
We went over to Gurney, where I ate SAKAE SUSHI. Yum yum yum. Omg i have been craving for sushi, since, 3 weeks ago when i came back from KL! Nom nom nom! Ahh..
Who do you think is a better cup promoter? haha.
---------
After dinner, we went to Batu Ferringhi night market, cause Merlinda wanted to shop for stuffs there. So, ok, just went along with it. Its not like my life is centered around books =.= Im not a nerd! (lol. just saying).
I ended up buying 12 pirated DVDS - One of them included the life story of Mahamat Gandhi, which i think was awesome! You can really see all the sacrifices he made for his people, the hardship that he had to go through to lead the Indian people into independance. I feel so, so liberated after the movie. I had this sudden strong urge to go free the birds at Wen Xiang's house - "FLY BIRDS FLY! INDEPENDANCE IS YOURS!!! HURRAH!!"
So yea, i think that was all i bnought. And im so proud of myself! Do you know how big a deal it is when a shopaholic did NOT buy anything? Faster come and pat by back and say "good job!".
Apparently the ship behind me is a fine dining restaurant, and the food there are ridiculously overpriced. So, er, don't go there unless you have da bling? yo!
An awesome day it was. Yes it is.
--------------
Oh oh! Btw, something majorly major just happened!
One of the hostel in the girl block caught fire!!!!
It was the block next to mine! And i didn't realize it till my roomate informed me!
I THOUGHT THE WHOLE RINGING SOUND WAS A BLOODY ICECREAM TRUCK! Which makes no sense cause this is a UNIVERSITY CAMPUS. How on earth will there be an icecream truck, ringing its bell at 11pm!
And when i heard a group of girls screaming, i just thought they were hit by a major case of hysteria, for god knows what reason! I don't care! People here sometimes study till their screws go loose!
Next time, i must learn to be more observant.
Can you see the fire truck?

Remorse?
Now thats shocking!
But i just cant hold myself back from writing something here. Its like that Spicy Korean Noodles! So spicy and tummy hurting, but so so addictive!
Anyways, yea. Wanted to write a personal entry but i know that what i am going to write, will only bring negativity and unwanted attention. So i decided against it.
Now im stuck with nothing to write about. Which defeats the whole purpose of this post.
Hmm.
Guess i'll just leave it as it is.
take care :)

Thank you Sultan of Kedah!
Hello!
How have you all been?
I have exams coming up in about 2 weeks time. So i cant say im in the best shape of my life right now. But nontheless, blogging does play a minor role in helping my FINGERS keep in shape! With the typing and all. haha!
Anyways, last week was the Sultan of Kedah's birthday, meaning we got a day off from lectures! So, because the holiday was on a Monday, that means we have 3 continuous days off! Which is great news! Cause we medical students are so holiday deprived :(
Mingzhi sms-ed a few days in advance, asking about my plans for the holidays. I have none. The original plan was to go back KL. But then later figured it was too much of a hassle. And i am partially broke (trying to save up for my trip to Australia! Big money involved! Don't play play!).
So i told him, "No plans". And he replied, "Great. Then you must follow me go somewhere this holiday". Not so much his exact words, but same meaning.
Hoho. Who knew it would be to Genting =D
I took this shot. Looks damn pro rite? heh.
Actually, we didnt exactly start our journey from Aimst. We stayed over at Kok Keong's house in Penang for 2 nights before the actual departure date.
OMG. Boys will be BOYS!
PS3 TEKKEN 5 NON STOP!!!! Morning also play, afternoon after lunch also play, evening also play, night time before we sleep also play! Crazy! I am now a certified sifu in Tekken 5!
Seriously those 3 days were all about lazing around the house, playing PS3, and sleeping, and DotA, and and, playing Scramble on Adrian's hp =D I wish we can do this everyday!
But there will come a time, when we must move on with our lives, and go closer to GENTING!
The car ride was insane! Imagine 6 grown men and women in one car! haha! Squeezy, yet hillariously funny! We didn't even take our breakfast when we left. So there was that tummy growl every once in a while. Haha!
But we arrived safely :)
Our first official Genting photo of the day!
Straightaway we knew we wanted to go play the Outdoor Themepark! Bought all park ticket which costs us about RM60 each?
The air was cool and there was a slight breeze. Nice :)
Mingzhi looks too young to be driving =x hahah!
There was this one point in the afternoon, when the whole themepark was suddenly engulfed in this creepy fog.
Creepy ok! Somemore I was alone cause i chickened out on the Space Shot at the last moment. Cannot lar! My heart cant take any more burden. Huhu!
They survived the ride. I survived the fog.
I love it! There were practically no lines! This is one of the pros of being a university student! Your holidays dont clash with the primary and secondary school people!
Coincidently, we were all wearing white colored shoes. Fated? Perhaps.
Those teacups are SICK! They should totally ban those teacups thinggy! It just went round and round and round till i felt like im actually floating. And i felt this wave of nausea hitting me on my head a few seconds later. It doesnt help when your teacup partner is deliberately trying to make you puke by manually spinning those teacups like a madman! Severely traumatized, but alive =S
Beryl's Chocolate House! Lovely place! Real whimsical. And you can find alot of props to camwhore with. Like the falling books! Haha.
-------------
Who would have thought that it would be the men who will be the first to complain about tiredness and hunger. heh.
So we decided that it was time to head back to First World to grab a bite to eat, and to let the guys recuperate. Hahaha. Hillarious bunch of people.
We took things slow after dinner. Sat on the gigantic indoor ferris wheel :) My first time ever!
----------------
After a couple of rides later (ps the 4D motion pictures was awesome!), we decided that it was time to find ourselves a room for the night.
"What!?"
I know thats what most of you must be thinking. How could we be that irresponsible to NOT BOOK A ROOM in advance. Well, in our defence, we thought there will be plenty of rooms left cause it wasn't peak season.
BUT WHO KNEW God will deal such a card for us. There were NO ROOMS AVAILABLE in FIRST WORLD at all! Only the triple deluxe dunno what suite, which was not in our budget at all. So we moved on to another hotel, and another, and another, before settling on just renting one big room for all 6 of us to share. I think it was about RM240 there? Divided by 6, that would be about RM40 something each. Not bad i must say.
There were only 2 beds, so we did a little bit of improvising :)
We played cards and talked all night long, till we finally KO-ed at about 5am. I totally rock in the Cheating game. Who dares challenge the master?
----------
The next morning afternoon, it was a rush to make sure we checked out before 12, and sure enough, we made it just in the knick of time. Phew! Now that was a close call! Then we made our way back to Penang where we have to rush over to SP for the CNY dinner (which we were about 2 hours late! But thats another story.)
Before i end, here is one group picture of the 6 of us whom made this trip very much enjoyable and interesting!
Aww. One big happy group picture :)laisse aller à nouveau!
Je t'aime gars!

Christmas Holiday 2009 [Part 3]
Karaoke and a hearty meal in Sunway Carnival Mall :)
--------
I was thinking of writing a long essay for this post. To sum up my Christmas Holidays of 2009. But, no. The flow aint coming. So i'll just make a quick post, then i can rant about some other insignificant things in my life. Like. I dunno. Something.
On the Eve of Christmas, my church back home held a play, depicting the birth of Jesus Christ, and the events that happened BC.
I thought it was a wonderful play. Best thing is, the actors weren't the Youth, it was the adults! Grown men (and women) playing the parts of Mary and Joseph, the Shephards, the Innkeeper. It was hilarious! Really!
-------
Right after church, i went out with my really really really old time buddy of mine and his brother. I knew the fella since i was, *gasp*less than 1 years old!*gasp!*
My my did time really fly.
And of course, hanged out with the ever cute and bubbly Joshua!
Anyhow, there are a few outings i want to post up. But. hmm. Maybe in the next post.
I hope everyone else enjoyed their holidays! May this year be much more bigger and better than last year's! Cheers!

Christmas Holiday 2009 [Part 2]
Gah.. Too many pictures till i don't know where to start!
First things first,
I finally gotten my P license! Shocking isn't it that i waited this long to actually complete the driving course =S Now i'm itching for my own car.
I drove my whole family to Taipan. Don't play play ok!
They went down to buy some buns from the local bakery. But i refuse to come out of the car! How often do i get the chance to sit in the driver's seat and smirk at those teenage girls/boys walking past me who don't have a license yet!? hah! I have a license! *revs car* Hiak hiak.
My mum knew i was craving for cake from Berry's. She bought me this really huge slice of Chocolate cake. But i didn't want chocolate cake! I wanted FRUIT CAKE!
You know, i used to lurve chocolate cakes. I didn't realize that over the years, my taste have changed so much! I now despise anything chocolat-ey. I even hate Forrerho (is that how you spell it?) Roche! When choosing cakes, even if there are no Fruit cakes, i will opt for anything but chocolate ones! Oh, i hate tiramisu cakes as well. I hate coffee! Thats a known fact. Hmm. Oh. And by fruit cakes, i mean those cakes with real fruits garnished on top, with cream and all. Yum!
But i ate the cake anyway. I was hungry T__T
-----------------
Went out for yumcha session with Usj 13-ians in SS2. Till today i don't know the reason why SS2, why so far out from Subang, but hey what the heck. I wasn't the one driving. Thank you Huey Ching, and thank you Vee!
Time really does change a person physically. We all have aged so gracefully (wtf sounds so old). But really, everyone looks more wiser and more adult-like you know. Most of them drove there by themselves. Which is pretty cool when compared to our younger times when we used to call each other up to plan a carpool if ever we go out. But then again, we always had hema, the driver, who also drove us around Indo. Old habits die hard. Wonder if when we're 50, you'll still be driving me around? Hmmm.
Rumors had it that Noel has been using SK2 skin whitening cream. Is it true? har har.
Huey Ching then told us that Ying Wai managed to get us on 'THE LIST" for the opening party of Opera, which is a new club in Sunway. So she asked us to go check the place out. Since we're on the list and all. So i agreed. Because Vee agreed. And because Vee was my ride home.
Speaking of which, this is the first ever time i have been on "THE LIST" for something like this. Its kinda cool. Its like those scenes from the movie when this totally hot chick was like walking pass this insanely long line outside the club's entrance, gracefully approaching the bouncers at the door, muttering a silent 'Christine', and having the person with the guest list look up at me with a wide smile saying "Welcome". =D
But that of course was not what happened.
But first, we had to survive PJ's crazy traffic. And Vee got lost. Admidst the "yea i know where we are. Don't worry. This place looks familiar", we got lost.
But thank goodness we found our way out later.
Made a quick pit-stop to Fullhouse, Pyramid to visit our ever pleasant, ever short (joking joking. *coughs), ever adorable, Jonathan. *cough*when you gonna show me your new girl*cough* =D
Jon's friend acting sneaky behind. Good one! Haha!
Vee looked totally pompous in the first picture so i made him hold a toy deer.
Vee who is quite tall.
Jon, who is err. My height :D But thumbs up anyway! haha.
Anyways, me and Vee ended up just standing outside the club, staring through the glass windows into the bar area of the 4 stories club.
Its not that we can't get in. Heck. Our names were on "THE LIST". But rather it was the fact that i suddenly got this wave of self awareness and intimidation. The girls there were wearing miniskirts, mini tops, MINI-EVERYTHING! Equipped with hooker style make up and push up bras!
I was really scared okay. The people there have those 'garang' looks in their eyes. As if they wanted to slash us up and run away with all our money.
But it was mainly because of the dressing la i guess. I don't fit into the crowd. I stand out too much. And its not because of good reasons. I had like long slacks and this floral top which is totally un-clubber like. Zero makeup. I just came back from mamak. What do you expect =.=
So we left. And headed to Old Town to yumcha with Dic-Syen and Noel who just finished their DotA games. Blek.
--------------------
Lunch in Sakae Sushi with sister. Erm. She was constantly messaging this somebody and didn't really layan me. Pfft. How often does she see her big sis??? Like maybe 5 times in one year and this is how she treats me.
But okla. Got down little details of her life like studies. And bitches from her school (bitches who like punching each others boobs out of sheer fun. They find it funny. I find it very very disturbing). Small talks here and there.
And she introduced me to this new dish in Sakae Sushi which was superbly delish! Its also a name too complicated that i can't be bothered to remember. So i shall name it, Fried Veges with BBQ sauce? Its not really fried veges. And its not exactly BBQ sauce. But its green, and there's some black sauce on top of it, so go figure.
Acting silly.
--------------------------
Had lunch with my dad's super old best friend whom he met while still studying in Sarikei. He now lives in Indonesia. Go figure. But apparently, he is really rich and owns a palm oil estate. And we all know that palm-oilers earn big money.
His wife actually took a picture of me and told my mum that she plans to match make me with her son, who is around my age =.= What?
I like the food. Tastes. Chinese.
------------------------
Aimst internet line sucks! Its so slowwww! You would think after all the "maintenance" they were doing for a month plus, the connection would be slightly faster. But no! Its slower than before. It took me at least 20 minutes to upload 2 freakin pictures on Blogger and 15 minutes to upload 1 picture in Facebook.
So now you know why i've not been updating regularly.
I hope the line gets better. STAT.
Goodnight everybody! =)
